Broccoli Cheese Rolls

Since my little “picky pants” (AKA the Honey Badger)  is constantly trying to exercise her toddler  authority, she insists on eating the same foods over and over again. I think her addiction to the yogurt, Noosa, is going to break the bank!

So I am trying to think outside of the box. I don’t typically buy the Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, but I bought some the other day and decided to finely cut up some fresh baby broccoli and use some random shredded cheese from the local farm stand just a block away that I had in the fridge. I put this broccoli-cheese mixture on to the crescent roll. I rolled the crescent roll like the directions on the package indicate and then I baked them. They are delicious…so I wanted to share. I mean there are only three ingredients, so you really cannot go wrong!

  • 1 cup finely cut broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (whatever you have shredded)
  • 1 package of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

Bake at 375F degrees for 12 minutes.
